Returns and exchange details

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you change your mind dont worry, you have 14 working days to notify us that you wish to return the product/s.​

Item/s must be returned in original condition, at which point a refund will be issued (please allow 3-5 working days to process). We do not refund for original postage costs and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Please note we cannot accept any liabilty for spelling mistakes in personalised items, it is important that you check spellings carefully.

In the unfortunate event of receiving a defective/damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Please note: You must contact us to arrange a return before sending an item/s back, we can not accept returns that are returned without pre-authorisation.


All items are sent using Royal Mails first class service which is estimated delivery within 1-3 days. We always obtain a proof of postage and parcels are insured up to the value of £41.00.

Any personalised items can take up to 7/10 working days. Please check the lead time on the item when purchasing.
